Your hosts, the 30 Mile Club

We are the 30 Mile Club, an all-volunteer group of business owners and operators, stewards of public lands, and volunteers, eager to share the peaceful beauty that surrounds us.

The can-do spirit of our happy coalition has forged mutual support for showing visitors and residents the wealth of opportunities available in this tiny area. Through the annual distribution of more than 32,000 copies of our publication Now That I’m Here, our story has reached people in every state and several other countries. We expect that outreach to continue through this website.

In 2004, Travel Oregon chose the 30-Mile Club to receive the Volunteer Achievement Award, for development and production of the newspaper. We hope you’ll find all our information on the website and in the newspaper helpful in discovering exactly what makes this area and its people worthy of a long list of awards.
